Yes — as long as the car matches the details and conditions your offer was based on.

For scrap offers:
Your price is based on the car being in normal scrap condition. That means it should be complete, on four wheels, with a battery, a full exhaust system including the catalytic converter, and no major parts removed. The car also needs to be free from excessive rubbish and personal belongings.
If anything important is missing or different, the Buyer may need to revise the offer.

For salvage and other non-scrap offers:
Your price is based on the information you gave us and any assumptions shown with your offer. If the car matches those details at collection, the price stands. If it doesn’t, it may be classed as misdescribed and the Buyer may revise the price or cancel the collection.

How long is my offer valid for?
Offers are usually valid for 7 days, unless we tell you otherwise. If anything changes with your car before collection, just let us know as early as possible — it helps keep everything smooth on the day.
