🚗 Can you collect my car if it’s full of rubbish?

Sorry — no, we can’t. It’s really important that your car is free of rubbish and personal belongings before collection. Our car buyers are only set up to handle the vehicle itself, not the stuff inside.

f the car is full of rubbish, it may impact your price because of the extra disposal costs involved. In some cases, it can also stop the collection from going ahead on the day.

Also, don’t forget to remove any personal items or anything with sensitive information (letters, documents, or anything with your details on it). We can’t accept any liability for belongings left in the car.

Top tip: Give the car a quick once-over before collection - empty the glovebox, boot, and any side pockets! 👍
