🚗 I can’t find my V5C — will this affect my quote?

For scrap cars, no — it won’t affect your quote. But please note, we won’t be able to collect the car if there are no keys and no V5C, so make sure at least one of these is available.

For salvage and higher-value cars, it could make a difference depending on the value being paid and the agreed buy conditions. We recommend letting us know before collection if the V5C is missing so we can confirm everything and avoid any surprises.
