🚗 I've changed my mind, can I cancel the collection?

Yes - no problem at all. Just give us a heads-up as early as you can.

Before collection day: you can cancel or reschedule for free.

On the day of collection: if you cancel late, aren’t contactable, no one is available to hand the car over, or the car can’t be collected because it’s misdescribed or inaccessible, we reserve the right to apply a £65 cancellation/attendance fee to cover wasted costs.
