🏠 Do I need to be home when my car’s collected?

Nope! You don’t personally need to be there — but someone does. They’ll need to be over 18, have their own photo ID and proof of address, and have permission to hand the car over on your behalf.

We’ll keep copies of their ID and proof of address, following all the right laws and best practices, to protect both you and us from fraud.

By handing the car over, that person is confirming they’ve got the legal right to do so. Simple as that!
