You’ll receive a full email in advance explaining exactly how collection day works and what to do to get ready. Plus, we’ll send you a handy reminder by SMS and email the day before, or on the morning of your collection (depending on your booking time).

Here’s the short version of what to expect:

✅ Call from the driver around 1 hour before arrival

✅ Driver checks the car meets the agreed conditions

✅ Car is loaded onto the recovery truck

✅ Driver completes the job and triggers your payment

✅ We drive away — and you’re all sorted!
