🚛 Do I need to be present at collection?

Nope — but someone does! They’ll need to be over 18, have their own photo ID and proof of address, and have permission to hand the car over for you.

We’ll make the process simple and stress-free!

Quick heads-up: please make sure someone is available and contactable during your booked slot, and the car is accessible. If we can’t collect because no one is there, we can’t reach you, or the car isn’t accessible, it may be treated as a missed appointment and we reserve the right to apply a £65 cancellation/attendance fee (as set out in your confirmation email and Car Selling Terms).
