🚛 My car’s at a mechanic’s garage — can you collect from there?

Absolutely! We can collect from a garage, no problem. You can ask the garage to hand the car over on your behalf — but they’ll need to follow the same rules: be over 18, have their own photo ID and proof of address, and confirm they have permission to release the car.

Just a heads-up: some garages aren’t comfortable doing this, so it’s always best to check with them first.

Quick reminder: please make sure the garage knows your collection slot and is happy to hand the car over at that time. If we can’t collect because nobody’s available or the car isn’t accessible, it may count as a missed appointment and a cancellation/attendance fee could apply (as set out in your booking email and Car Selling Terms).
